Crew to Use in the Billing in My Marketing Campaign

To add an extra layer of authenticity to my marketing campaign I have researched and chosen crew members who have worked frequently within my chosen genre. The billing which appears at the bottom of my poster, and the credits/billing which will appear at the end of both of my trailers, will include various members of the crew, alongside the names of production companies and my actors.

These crew members will include the director, editor, scriptwriter, original author of the book the film is based on, music supervisor/composer, casting director, producers and executive producers, costume designer and production designer.

I have decided to look at the billing for existing films from the horror genre and research various individuals to include, who have made a number of films from the horror genre and sub-genres.

Director - James Wan

James Wan has worked almost exclusively within the horror film genre and has directed 'Saw', 'Dead Silence', 'Death Sentence', 'Insidious', 'The Conjuring', 'Insidious 2', 'The Conjuring 2' and 'Malignant'.

Editor - Kirk Morri

Kirk Morri has worked as editor on the following horror films - 'Insidious', 'Piranha 3DD', 'Detour', 'The Conjuring', 'Lights Out', 'Annabelle Comes Home' and 'Malignant'

Scriptwriter - Gary Dauberman

Gary Dauberman has recently directed 'Annabelle Comes Home', part of 'The Conjuring' franchise, but has worked mostly within the genre as a scriptwriter. His screenplays for horror films include 'Swamp Devil, 'Annabelle', 'Within', 'Wolves at the Door', 'Annabelle: Creation', 'It', 'The Nun', 'Annabelle Comes Home', It Chapter 2', 'The Cabin House' and 'The Dark Side'.

Author/Story by - Stephen King

Stephen King is a renowned horror fiction author, and his novels and short stories have been repeatedly made into horror movies or TV series. These include 'Firestarter', 'Carrie', 'The Shining', 'Skeleton Crew', 'Pet Sematary', 'Cujo' and 'Salem's Lot'.

Director of Photography/Cinematographer - John R. Leonetti

John R. Leonetti has worked as a cinematographer on numerous horror films, including 'Insidious: Chapter 2', 'The Conjuring', 'Insidious', 'Piranha 3D', 'Death Sentence', 'I Know Who Killed Me', 'Dead Silence' and 'Child's Play 3'.

Composer - Christoph Allerstorfer

Christoph Allerstorfer has worked in various roles in the music department on a number of horror films and TV series, including 'It Chapter 2', 'Midsommar', 'Stranger Things', 'Doctor Sleep', 'Pet Sematary' and 'The Jack in the Box'.

Casting Director - Anne McCarthy

Anne McCarthey has worked as a casting director on the following horror films: 'Doctor Sleep', 'Malignant', 'The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It', 'The Haunting of Hill House', 'The Conjuring 2' and 'Before I Wake'.

Producer 1 - Michael Clear

Michael Clear heads up director James Wan's production company and has been a producer on multiple horror films, such as 'Malignant', M3GAN', 'There's Something Inside Your House', 'The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It', 'The Nun' and 'Lights Out'.

Producer 2 - Jason Blum

As founder and CEO of Blumhouse Productions Jason Blum has produced numerous horror movies, including the 'Paranormal Activity' franchise, 'The Purge' franchise, the 'Insidious' franchise, the 'Sinister' franchise, 'M3GAN', 'There's Something Wrong with the Children' and 'Halloween Ends'.

Executive Producer 1 - James Wan

James Wan has acted as producer or executive producer on many of the horror films that he has either written or directed. Executive producer credits include 'M3GAN', 'There's Something Inside Your House', 'Malignant', 'The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It', 'Jigsaw', 'Lights Out', 'Demonic' and the 'Saw' franchise.

Executive Producer 2 - Sam Raimi

Sam Raimi is a writer, director and producer who has had a long association with the genre. He has acted as producer or executive producer on many horror films, including 'Evil Dead Rise', 'Nightbooks', 'Don't Breathe 2', 'The Unholy', 'The Grudge', 'Crawl', 'Poltergeist, 'Drag Me to Hell', 'Boogeyman' and 'The Possession'.

Costume Designer - Kristin M. Burke

Kristin M. Burke has worked on multiple films from the horror genre, including 'Fork', 'Lights Out', 'The Conjuring', 'The Conjuring 2', 'Paranormal Activity 2' and 'Insidious'.

Production Designer - Julie Berghoff

Julie Berghoff has worked as production designer on horror films including 'Army of the Dead', 'The Conjuring 2', 'The Last Witch Hunter' and 'The Conjuring'.
